  1. 25 % of the commission earned by the company for individual client ( rate of commission will change according to the agents status.)
  2. Involving in Training & development programs by the company
  3. Involving in social activities by the company
  4. Individual portals for managing clients
  5. On the basis of performance and capability agents will be rewarded as divisional and country officer in future (65% for individual clients and proportionate profit share of company).
  6. Individual profile in company website (country basis)
